Your Questions, Answered
You might have a few questions before booking. Here are some of the things people often wonder about.
-
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation. You experience it regularly in everyday life—like becoming completely absorbed in a book, a movie, music, or your own thoughts.
In a session, I intentionally guide you into this state so we can work with the subconscious patterns connected to what you’d like to change.
-
That's perfectly welcome and normal!
Many people begin with curiosity rather than certainty. My role is simply to guide you through the experience in a way that feels comfortable and collaborative.
I compare it to guided meditation with a different purpose, and look, you've found a guide!
-
That’s okay. There Is no ”right way” to be hypnotized.
My job is to guide you. You don’t need to clar your mind, achieve a particular feeling or force yourself to do anything. In fact, hypnosis can aid in feeling more at ease, in general.
-
No.
You can share as much or as little personal detail as you’re comfortable with.
Our conversation is focused primarily on what you’d like to change and where you’d like to go, rather than requiring you to relive or explain every detail of your past.
What if I don’t know exactly what’s wrong?
That’s completely okay.
You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis, a perfect explanation, or even the right words.
We can start with what you’re noticing, what isn’t working for you, and what you’d like to be different.
-
Hypnosis can be a powerful complementary wellness tool but I am not a psychotherapist or medical professional and hypnosis is not a replacement for medical or mental-health care.
My work focuses on helping you create change by working with subconscious patterns, habits, beliefs, and responses.
-
That’s completely okay.

We can start with what you’re noticing, what isn’t working for you and what you’d like to be different.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
Some people experience meaningful change in a single session, while others choose to continue working together.
I’ll never encourage you to book more sessions simply because you “should.” We’ll work with what makes sense for you.
-
Then we talk about it.
There is no need to convince yourself that something is happening or pretend to experience something you aren’t experiencing.
The process is collaborative, and your experience matters.
-
People experience sessions differently.
You may feel deeply relaxed, reflective, energized, emotional, or simply like you’ve had a really good rest.
Give yourself a little space afterward if you can. There’s no particular feeling you’re supposed to have for the session to have been worthwhile. Each session is unique but there ar always beneficial shifts towards yur goals.
Still wondering?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
Start with a conversation or book your session if you’re ready.
Either way, we’ll start where you are.
